No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake


Need a quick and easy, no-bake dessert? Try this creamy and delicious No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake. Other pie fillings such as Blueberry and Strawberry can be substituted for variety. I modified this family-favorite, low-fat recipe from one of my mother's favorite recipes.


Ingredients:

8 oz. Lite Cool Whip
4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (1/3 the fat)
1/4 cup Confectioner's Sugar
9 oz. Graham Keebler Ready Crust (2 Extra Servings)
1 - 21 oz. can Cherry Pie Filling


Directions:

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and confectioner's sugar at low speed until well blended and creamy.


 


Spoon cream cheese mixture into the graham pie crust.




Carefully spoon cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 1 hour. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.





Creamy delicious!!
