Do you love brownies? Are you on a diet? Good news! These BB Brownies are Zero WW (Weight Watchers) Points! They are easy to make with just 3 ingredients. Results - gooey, chewy, chocolate brownies that are delicious and guilt-free. They have quickly become a family favorite with the dieters and non-dieters!

This recipe for BB Brownies is from: Weight Watchers Freestyle Zero Point Desserts

Ingredients:

1 can of black beans (15 oz.)

1 box Family Size Fudge Brownie Mix (18.3 oz.)

Water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray Pam in the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan.

Pour Brownie Mix into a large mixing bowl.

Open the black beans and drain.

With beans in the can, alternate adding water to the beans and draining until water runs clear. Add more water to the top of the can. Mix gently with a spoon.

Blend black beans and water until smooth.

Pour black bean/water mixture into the dry Brownie Mix in the mixing bowl. Mix by hand until well blended.

Pour into the 9"x13" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees according to brownie mix package directions.

BB Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean.

Cut into squares and enjoy.

Ms. Nancy's Notes:

  • These brownies have Zero Weight Watcher points when eaten in moderation!
  • You cannot taste or smell the black beans in these brownies after they are baked.
  • These brownies do not stay fresh as long as regular brownies. On the third day, you will need to refrigerate or freeze leftovers to prevent molding.

    1. Unfortunately the recipe that I followed only stated 1 serving = 0 points. Since I normally cut regular Brownies into 20 pieces (4 across and 5 down for a 9" x 13" pan), I did the same for these BB Brownies.
